Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed each day until 4pm and posted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you live in a major city you will get it approximately 3-6 business days after you have placed your orders. If you live regionally it may take a little bit longer at around 6-8 business days.
There is free regular shipping Australia wide for orders over $100. There is a flat $5 shipping fee for regular post under $100. For express shipping there is a small $10 fee.
There is a small shipping fee of $15 for all international orders.
We ship to most destinations around the world. If the country you live in does not appear as an option please contact us at email@example.com.
Lana Vello does not accept any responsibility for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply on your order. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict how much they may be. We can not reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. The shipping fee is the ‘transport cost’ and does not cover additional fees including import liabilities.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, however if your garments appear faulty or damaged include a copy of your postage receipt with your return. We will review your return and if it is found to be faulty we can reimburse you with the cost of postage for your return.
We offer a refund, exchange or store credit on full price items. Exchange or store credit is offered on sale items. Exchanges can only be made for an item of equal or lesser value or the difference must be paid.
Garments must be returned within 30 days of when you received them and be in original condition with all tags and labels intact.
If garments are in original condition but do not have tags and labels you may exchange the garment for another garment or for store credit.
When returning items please include your name and contact details on the parcel and post to

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow 10 business days from when your parcel is received for your return to be processed and completed.
Although we can not guarantee your requested exchange item will be available we will try our best. To make sure you don’t miss out on the item you want we advise purchasing the item and requesting a refund on the initial item.
You will be sent an outcome confirmation email once we receive and asses your returned item. If you don’t receive this check the junk/spam folders or click contact us below.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
