I know this might seem a little daunting, I don't really like running, but Brooke is all about making it fun, and I encourage you to grab a friend to join you and make it a social thing too!
A little about Brooke:
I'm a Level 2 Athletics Aus run coach, mum and found of Respirit Run Co. which hosts women's running retreats on the South Coast and Mudgee, NSW as well as running groups around Wollongong and online run coaching. As the owner and founder of Respirit Run Co, I am on a mission to empower and inspire women to transform their lives through running and exercise. With a deep passion for both mental health advocacy and running, I understand the transformative power of exercise, particularly running, and I want to share this with as many women as possible!
Having overcome my own struggles with anxiety and depression, I have seen firsthand the incredible impact that a consistent exercise routine, combined with mindfulness and other mental health practices, can have on your life.
My purpose is to create a supportive and inclusive community of women who can come together, form genuine connections, and experience their own personal transformation through running.

Your gut is known as a second brain and gut health has such a huge impact on your every day wellbeing so these tips are sure to get you feeling your best.
